Energy Saving Lighting Designs

We all know that saving energy makes sense, for the environment, for our children and for our profitability. A recent study performed by an NHS Trust in the North of England demonstrated that lighting consumes over 33% of a hospital's electricity.

Working with Lumenata Lighting Design Ltd has enabled the same trust to take large strides towards reducing its electricity consumption. Using low energy light sources, coupled with intelligent lighting control technology has allowed the trust to reduce energy consumption by over 64% in certain areas, with minimal outlay.

As an approved consultant to the Carbon Trust, we regularly undertake lighting energy surveys with the aim of reducing the power consumed by a clients lighting technology. We are also able to access the funding provided by the Carbon Trust in order to assist any major capital investments required by our clients in order to save energy in these ways.
