Our customer, a preminent property developer based in the North West of England, was having difficulty getting planning approval for the exterior lighting on a new development in the centre of Manchester. The developer needed a scheme that made the property stand out, without spoiling the look of the façade of this listed building. After discussing the requirements of the project with the client and despite there being no formal CAD plans available for this building, Lumenata Lighting Design Ltd surveyed the building and then began to model the proposed lighting scheme for the property. Armed with the computer generated simulation of the proposed lighting design and a data sheet describing the proposed luminaire, Lumenata Lighting Design Ltd enabled our customer to quickly achieve the planning permission required to allow the scheme to progress.
